Through our monthly campaign #SpongeBoosterOfTheMonth so far we have introduced our consortium partners and shared more details about their work, taking you ‘backstage’ and showing you their efforts in sustainable regional development. 

This month, we’re honoured to announce the winner of the #SpongeBoosterOfTheYear contest – PLANAR e.V., a volunteer-driven organisation based in Marsberg, Germany. Their significant impact through its innovative projects, aimed at revitalising the Diemel River’s ecosystem is inspiring.

By acknowledging the efforts of those who connect environmental protection with education, networking, and community involvement and recognizing their work, we hope to inspire others to take action toward more sustainable and resilient ecosystems.
